Bobby Brown, CEO of Broco Oil is a FT firefighter and manages to build a Veteran-owned small business company of the year in 2019. For all those that think you have to pick between a FT job and growing a business think again. Bobby says that 80 – 100 hour weeks are normal. Not one to run away from hard work that’s all he ever knew. He actually says that he just puts his head down and just works hard. One thing that sets him apart from competitors is he puts his face out in front of the company. You will get him or one of his employees to show up to your location. Starting with an old fuel truck and $25,000 SBA loan him and his wife went to work building Broco Oil. No banks would approve him, so he hustled his way to success.
